TRANSFER CREDIT

Transfer credit may be awarded for coursework completed at institutions accredited by an organization recognized by the U.S. Department of Education (USDE) or the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA). Transfer coursework will not be accepted from organizations who are not recognized by either the USDE or CHEA.

Transfer credit requests must be submitted during the admissions or re-entry process and include all official transcripts from prior institutions. All official transcripts must be submitted within thirty days of the trimester starting to be eligible for transfer coursework. Students currently enrolled at Logan University who wish to take courses elsewhere and transfer the course back to their Logan University program should consult with the Registrar’s Office about transfer eligibility prior to registration for outside coursework.

Upon approval of transfer credit, a student will receive an updated Academic Degree Plan designating the courses that have been granted transfer credit and any stipulations of the same noted.
